Product Benefits

  • Prevents damage to surfaces during forming and processing, reducing expensive reworking and production losses (especially with pre-painted galvanized steel).

  • Protects the surface of valuable products during handling, mechanical processing, transport, assembly and storage.

  • Can enhance your brand image by printing your logo on the film surface.

  • Available in various qualities, colours, printability options, thicknesses, lengths, widths and adhesive strengths.

Application & Handling Instructions

  • Surfaces must be dry and free from dust, oil, solvents and other contaminants before application.

  • Best results are achieved when the surface and ambient temperature are between +15°C and 40°C.

  • Use laminating machines with rubber-coated press rollers.

  • Avoid excessive film elongation and minimise formation of air bubbles and folds during lamination.

  • Film removal is recommended at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C (do not remove below 5°C).

  • The film is not suitable for extreme thermoforming.
